Kelly Timberman Bio and Information - everything you ever wanted to know about Kelly Timberman
Rodeo embodies the frontier spirit as manifested through the aggressive and exploitative conquest of the West, and deals with...the reordering of nature according to the dictates of this ethos. It supports the value of subjugating nature, and reenacts the 'taming' process whereby the wild is brought under control.

Personal
5-8, 160 … Son, Chris (10 years old); daughter, Dayanera (8 years old) … Hobbies include riding reining horses and colts, playing golf and fly fishing … Didn't begin competing in rodeo until six years ago. His dad, Lon, competed so Kelly was around it at an early age. They had an indoor arena that the college team used but it burned down in 1981 and they never rebuilt, so rodeo was put on the back burner. He then got involved in showing reining and cutting horses. He was also involved in wrestling and football, winning the state wrestling title his senior year. After high school he lived in Eaton, Colo., and went over to Bruce Ford's with some of his buddies. He got on three horses there and Bruce bet him a $1 on his last ride. If he got bucked off he owed Bruce but if he rode Bruce owed him. He rode and won his first $1 in rodeo from Bruce. He then competed at some amateur rodeos and was offered a rodeo scholarship to Casper College … He has an older brother, Chris, who rodeos a little and a younger brother, Zeb, who builds houses in Casper … Has a regular workout routine that consists of running two miles everyday and lifting weights … Travels with Scott Montague and Andy Martinez … Rodeo idol is Mark Garrett.
